課程概述

了解藥品自研發至上市後整個生命週期風險管理的機制與概況

運用流行病學方法研究藥物使用 包括drug utilization pattern, adherence, prescription quality, comparative effectiveness, safety monitoring, outcome research, health services research 詳細介紹相關方法學 包括meta-analysis; propensity score analysis; case-crossover and case-time-control design; comorbidity score and chronic disease score; interrupted time series design and segmented regression analysis等 

課程目標
 1. 了解我國及國際間藥品、醫材查驗登記相關法規、上市後安全性監測、不良反應通報及健保收納之現況
2. 評讀、設計有關藥物流行病學之相關研究

 Lecture first hour then article reading 2nd hour
